The support services are the driving force behind our organisation enabling us to run efficiently and effectively. The team works collaboratively to offer specialist advice, best practise and technology to all areas of our business specifically designed for our global reach.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate, and take positive steps to create an inclusive culture.
The Shared Information Services department is currently in the middle of an exciting programme to move to a new ERP system. The Business Analyst is required to support that programme, predominantly by eliciting and documenting requirements and assisting with UAT.
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to elicit and define business, financial, and operational requirements for both project work and 'business as usual' tasks. This will require you to conduct interviews or to gather user requirements via meetings, questionnaires or site visits and model the output using workflows, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods within a detailed specification.
Create new process flows for operational procedures, e.g. on-boarding new staff, managing staff moves, provision of user support.
Carry out testing (unit, system, regression) and co-ordinate UAT. This will involve writing detailed use cases, scenarios and test cases.
Participate in or contribute to user support via our global service desk as and when required.
It is vital that you are a skilled and experience Business Analyst who has a minimum of 3 year's solid BA experience. We will require you to hit the ground running and to become effective quickly. A high level of written English is required.
