Skills/experience
- You will be an experienced Business Analyst with Insurance and/or Pensions experience (Defined Benefit pensions preferable).
- Demonstrated capability in process analysis, business requirements gathering, and writing detailed user stories.
- Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Develop as-is and to-be process models, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows).
- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and requirement walkthroughs.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
