AI Solutions Analyst - (mostly remote with 1 day a week in London) - excellent opportunity!
Role
We are looking for an engaging & ambitious AI Solutions Analyst to help deliver AI-powered solutions. This role combines business analysis, AI prompt engineering, and testing/quality assurance. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design effective AI prompts and workflows, and ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations.
Skills & Experience
- Commercial acumen / client-facing experience
- Strong business analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Ability to assess AI-generated outputs critically and accurately
- Experience in business analysis, QA/testing and solution delivery
- Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Desirable
- Change management / business adoption
- Experience with prompt engineering
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
Responsibilities
- Gather and document customer requirements
